Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of a robust, scalable, and efficient architecture that integrates advanced AI technologies.
Work closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to define the technological vision to drive the product roadmap.
Play a key role in setting the company's technical direction, building an engineering team, and leading project development.
Leadership role in onboarding future engineers and setting the quality standards for R&D and technical discussion
Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and ownership.

Qualification:

At least 5 years of experience in a high-impact engineering role with substantial experience with deep algorithmic development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
Experience with building data engineering pipelines, multi-threaded applications or deploying deep learning models.
Experience with 0 to 1 development - building new products or systems from the ground up.
Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-growing startup environment.
Being a self-starter, who can proactively identify opportunities for impact even when they’re not assigned to you
